If you registered for the free Wap service and your acct. has been activated then you can do the following to send free txt and pix messages.

Note: You will have to send messages to the persons full address for now on: ie: phonenumber@carrier. Look at the top of the MMS Setup for carrier MMS addresses.

Also, Text and Pix messages sent to you will still go through your carrier and you will have to pay for them unless you have a plan and then they will be deducted from your allowance.

Step 1: From the phones main screen press the softkey for message (given if you haven't reassigned the shortcuts).

Step 2: Press the softkey below settings.

Step 3: Scroll down to option 3 "Picture-Video Message" and press "OK".

Step 4: Once you are in the "PIC-VIDEO MESSAGE SETTINGS" menu press the "*" key on your phone.

Step 5: You should be prompted with a "Lock Code" screen asking you for a password, input "740667" and this will take you to the "MMS Provisioning" menu.

Step 6: Go into the MMSC Domain and change it to: http://www.zaksenterprises.com/humpa_mms/send.php

Have fun and enjoy!!

As a side note... After adding the above settings you will also be able to send pics/videos via pixplace. They will then be automatically uploaded into your profile gallery and there is where you can set them for public viewing.

If you need to change the settings back to the default Verizon settings= http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms.
